♣ Marking the 41st National Day of the UAE, the UAE Ambassador to Egypt Sheikh Mohamed Bin Kheira Al-Zaheri gave a reception at the Four Seasons Nile Plaza Hotel. Present were Minister of Information Salah Abdel-Maksoud, Minister of Sports Al-Ameri Farouk, former Minister of Justice Adel Abdel-Hamid, Omani Ambassador to Egypt Sheikh Ali bin Khalifa Al-Harithi, US Ambassador to Egypt Anne Patterson, Algerian Ambassador to Egypt Nadhir Al-Arabawi and his Moroccan counterpart Mohamed Farag Al-Dokali, tourism expert Amr Badr and actors Sameh Al-Sereiti and Gamal Suleiman.
