Indian Film Panorama, which will take place between 11 and 16 April, is part of the second edition of India by the Nile, a festival showcasing a selection of Indian performing and visual arts, music and filmsin Cairo (11 - 20 April) , Alexandria and Hurghada. In addition to the screenings, renowned Indian actress Shabana Azmi, who is visiting Cairo, will hold a discussion session on 11 April at the Artistic Creativity Centre. Javed Akhtar, Indian poet and songwriter, will hold a discussion on 'The Song in Indian Cinema' on 12 April. All the movies will be screened at 6pm at the Artistic Creativity Centre located at the Cairo Opera House's grounds.
