Ismaily were held to a 1-1 draw by Talae El-Gaish in the Egyptian Premier League on Wednesday to share the Group B summit with Petrojet. Striker Salah Amin scored the opener for Talae El-Gaish in the 20th minute, but midfielder Mahmoud Hamad nailed a 64th-minute equalizer. The Dervishes got their second draw of the season, losing a precious chance to widen the gap with the petroleum club, but they finally share the group lead at 14 points. Petrojet has one more goal than Ismaily. Also on Wednesday, Wadi Degla defeated Beni Suef Telephones 1-0. It only took midfielder Ahmed Yasser nine minutes to score the lone goal for Degla, lifting his team into the group's third place with 11 points. Beni Suef lies at ninth place with 6 points.
