Manchester United coach David Moyes says he would love to work with Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo in the future.
During the period of transfers over the summer, the 28 year-old Portuguese international was linked with a move back to the Premier League club with which he spent six years before joining the Spanish giants in 2009.
However, in September, the veteran winger put an end to speculation over his future by signing a new five-year contract at Santiago Bernabeu.
"Everyone at Manchester United would tell you he is the best in the business," Moyes was quoted as saying by Sky Sports on Saturday.
"I have not been fortunate enough to work with him, but there is still hope that one day it might be possible," the United coach added.
Ronaldo scored his fifth hat-trick of the season for club and country against Sweden last week to ensure Portugal will participate in next year's World Cup in Brazil.
The former Sporting Lisbon player is competing for this year's Ballon d'Or prize with Barcelona star Lionel Messi, having previously won the title as a United player after scoring an incredible 42 goals in the 2008 Champions League.
