Real Madrid coach Bernd Schuster believes Manchester United star Cristiano Ronaldo may someday join the Spanish giants. Schuster is a keen admirer of Ronaldo's talent and made no secret of his desire to lure the Portuguese ace to Santiago Bernabeu. The German tactician is aware that United are highly unlikely to release their prized asset immediately, but believes Ronaldo may end up playing with Real. "Right now Cristiano Ronaldo is the best player in the world but Manchester don't want to sell him. So in the short term I don't think it will be possible to sign him," Schuster said. "He's the star at Old Trafford and until they win the Champions League and another league title or two then they aren't going to let him go. "But in a couple of years, yes, I believe he could be wearing the white shirt at the Bernabeu," he told Spanish sports daily AS on Wednesday. Ronaldo produced a scintillating form with United this season. The 23-year-old scored 36 goals for the Red Devils in all competitions so far. Given that the former Sporting Lisbon man is a natural winger; his goals tally is absolutely impressive. "For me, Cristiano Ronaldo has already overtaken Kaka after the loss of form of the Brazilian at (AC) Milan this season. One day he will be with us."
