As the famous satirist Bassem Youssef returns to TV next Friday after a nearly 100-day absence, Ahram Online looks back on the ten most talked about episodes of Youssef's "El-Bernameg" ('The Show').

The episode aired on 28 January 2012, and discusses how human rights in Egypt were attacked and criticised under SCAF rule. The episode's guest was Human Rights Watch Egypt directorHeba Morayef.

The episode aired on 9 March 2012 on the privately-owned ONTV channel. The episode became a hit after introducing a new character to the show, "Gamaheer" ('the people'), who recounted her experience as a bride who rejected a "military groom" for an "Islamist groom" that was always taking the side of his family. "The people" is a sketch targeting Morsi and the Muslim Brotherhood.
