Egypt's Salah intends to remain with Basel until end of season
The Egyptian forward says he will not mull any offers to leave Basel before the end of the season

Mohamed Salah said on Tuesday he would remain with Basel until the end of the season, putting on hold any offers to leave the Swiss outfit.
The in-form Egyptian forward made a superb start to his Basel adventure after joining from Arab Contractors in the close season. Reports suggested that he might leave the club as early as the January transfer window after receiving an offer from an unnamed German club.
"Basel want me to stay until the end of the season to make the most of my presence because I missed many games due to my participation with Egypt at the London Olympic Games. I've only played three months with Basel so far," Salah was quoted as saying by state-run news agency MENA.
"The club officials asked me to stay until the end of the season, after which they may listen to offers for me."
Salah has scored four goals in all competitions since his arrival at Basel. He also created many goals for his teammates, making the most of his dribbling skills and darting runs down the flanks.
The 20-year-old is nominated for CAF's most promising talent award for 2012.
