Ahly striker Meteb faces three months on the sidelines
Surgery may sideline Ahly's injured striker Emad Meteb for months, while the injuries of Soliman, Fathi and Abdel-Fadil are not serious

Ahly's injured striker Emad Meteb could need a surgery that will sideline him for three months, the Cairo giants announced on Monday.
The 29-year old hit man missed Sunday's 1-1 draw with Ghana's Chelsea in the CAF Champions League due to a hamstring injury he picked in the club's training session last week.
"Meteb will undergo further scans in the coming 48 hours to determine if he needs a surgery to cure the pains he suffers from the hamstring injury," Ahly's doctor Ehab Aly revealed in a statement on the club's official website.
"The player's latest injury is a resulted from the pains he suffered in his back in the last few months.
"We will discuss the matter with the technical staff and if it is confirmed that he needs the suregery he will be out of action for three months," added Aly.
Both playmaker Walid Soliman and defender Ahmed Fathi are nursing minor injuries they picked against the Ghanaian team, but they only need a two-day rest before returning to trainings, according to the club's doctor.
Defender Sherif Abdel-Fadil also sustained a swollen ankle in the match and needs a rest from 3 to 4 days before training again.
The six-time African Champions Ahly sealed their spot in the CAF Champions League last four as they are now top of group B with ten points, three ahead of second-place Mazembe who defeated rivals Zamalek 2-1 late o Sunday.
