The broader EGX70 index also saw minor gains of 0.1 per cent.
Sunday's session was the first in Ramadan, and therefore only featured three hours of trading. The bourse will also be closed on Monday to commemorate Egypt's 23 July Revolution.

Orascom Telecom followed its split partner OTMT, meanwhile, rising by 0.3 per cent.
Luxury property giant Palm Hills stood unchanged for the day, while Talaat Mostafa Group fell by 0.2 per cent.
