Egypt's president-elect, Mohamed Morsi, is attending Friday prayers at Cairo's Al-Azhar Mosque before heading to Tahrir Square to deliver a major speech to the nation. Al-Azhar is the most prestigous religious institution in the Islamic world. Imam Zakaria El-Marzouki, an Azhar Imam, is delivering the sermon focusing on the issue of religious tolerance between Muslims and non-Muslims in Islamic history as well as the need for equality between all Egyptians regardless of creed. "I wish the Egyptian president well. I say this must be a nation based on justice, democracy and equality for all," El-Marzouki said.
