Ahly have announced the signing of Nogoom FC defender Karim Fouad on a five-year contract without disclosing the financial details. "The players signed the contract after concluding all the financial and managerial issues with his club and he will join the team's trainings during the coming few days," read a statement released on Ahly's official website on Thursday. Fouad, 22, who was part of Egypt U23 national team squad that took part in the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games, can perform in the two wings - right and left. He played in the Egyptian Premier League with Nogoom FC in the 2018-19 season, making 12 appearances with the team before joining Enppi for two seasons on loan. He made 53 appearances with Enppi since 2019-20 season, providing six assists.
