Winger Ahmed 'Zizo' Sayed scored the winner for Zamalek against Ceramica Cleopatra 2-1 on Friday, to be just a win away from the Premier League title. The White Knights came from a goal down from Ahmed Mohsen, 22, to win the game through Achraf Bencharki, 45, and Zizo in the 60th minute. Zamalek have now 76 points, four above defending champions Ahly, to edge closer from their first league title since 2015. Zamalek controlled the game for most of the time but could not create enough chances to finish off the game. Cleopatra defender Ahmed Mohsen broke the deadlock in the 22nd minute as Zamalek's goalie Mohamed Abo Gabal failed to clear the ball only to fall in the path of Mohsen who shot from distance in an empty net. Zamalek were back on the front foot and Moroccan winger Achraf Bencharki scored the equaliser after collecting a rebound from the keeper who denied a shot from veteran full back Mohamed Abdel Shafy. At the hour mark, the Whites were awarded a penalty after VAR check and Zizo converted the ball to give his side a precious win. Zamalek will face El Entag El Harby on Tuesday and NBE club in their last game of the season on Friday
