No new contract talks yet with Liverpool, says Egypt's skipper Salah

Liverpool star winger Mohamed Salah said that Liverpool management didn't approach him regarding renewing his contract yet.
"No one is talking to me about that, so I can't say much about that," Salah told Sky Sports on Saturday.
The 28-year-old Salah, who joined the Reds in 2017 from Italian side AS Roma, is currently committed to the Reds with a contract that runs out in the summer of 2023.
After shining in the Premier League in the past seasons, Salah was repeatedly linked with a move to either of Spanish giants Real Madrid and Barcelona.
Late in December, the Pharaohs star said that his future is in the club hands, but he left the door open for a possible move to either of the Spanish duo in the future.
"I think Madrid and Barcelona are top clubs... We never know what is going to happen in the future, but right now I'm focused on winning the Premier League and the Champions League again with my club," said Salah when asked if he could rule out playing for either of the Spanish duo at the time.
Salah, who was recently named as Egypt's captain, played an instrumental role in Liverpool's success in the past three seasons, helping the team win the Champions League title in 2018 and then the Premier League last season.
The Pharaohs star comes second in the competition's "goalscores" list this season with 20 goals, just one behind top scorer and Tottenham star Harry Kane.
