Haras El-Hodoud have officially signed Smouha midfielder Mohamed Abdullah for two and a half seasons starting in the ongoing transfer window, a few days after landing Wadi Degla goalkeeper Gharib Hafiz. Former Ahly and Zamalek player Abdullah will be included in the military giants' African squad in the coming few days alongside Hafiz after two spots were saved for the newcomers. “Technical staff are doing their best to sign left and right wingers in January,” El-Hodoud director Abu Taleb El-Esawy told Al-Ahram. “We concluded the deal with Gharib and Abdullah as they are experienced players and they can assist the team in the coming championships,” Abu Taleb added. Haras El-Hodod are eleventh in the Egyptian Premier League table with 17 points and they will face Ismaily on January 21 in round 15 of the league.
