“Cartoon Portraits” group exhibition commemorates the birthday anniversary of the late Naguib Mahfouz on 11 December. The idea of the exhibition is inspired by one of the wishes of late novelist Naguib Mahfouz to meet late Colombian novelist Gabriel García Márquez, who is also a Nobel Prize laureate. The exhibition includes 110 cartoons by 100 artists from several countries including Egypt, Colombia, Mexico, Cuba, Brazil, Costa Rica, Peru, Uruguay, Spain, India China, Indonesia, and Russia (10-14 December).
