However, parliamentary speaker Saad El-Katatni, did not find any ministers named in the document Badreddin presented. Only government officials were listed, sparking anger from the Cabinet's side and prompting them to withdraw from the session. After a heated debate, Badreddin apologised for his remarks. El-Katatni then asked the Cabinet ministers to return, which they did thirty minutes later, adding that the "session cannot continue without their presence."
