Premier League eyes goal-line tech for next season
English premiership 'welcomes' adoption of goal-line technology in matches

Football's rule-makers on Saturday approved two systems for a final round of testing ahead of a definitive decision on 2 July.
If either Hawk-Eye or GoalRef was sanctioned for use in matches, the Premier League's 20 grounds would have just six weeks to install the technology.
The league has already invested in Hawk-Eye's development and could start holding talks with GoalRef before the International Football Association Board vote in July.
Premier League communications director Dan Johnson told The Associated Press: “We welcome the moves by FIFA and we would like to introduce (technology) as soon as practically possible.”
