Egypt's Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry discussed latest developments in the Libyan crisis with EU High Representatives for Foreign Affairs and Security Josep Borrell Sunday in Berlin at a meeting on the sidelines of LibyaBerlin conference , the Egyptian foreign ministry said. According to the Egyptian foreign ministry, the two officials discussed ways of building on the Berlin conference to reach a comprehensive political settlement to the Libyan crisis which includes boosting efforts to counter terrorism and illegal migration in the North African country torn by civil fight. Shoukry and Borrel also discussed the latest developments in other issues in the Middle East region, the statement added. Egypt's President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi is currently attending the LibyaBerlin conference.
