3rd El Gouna Film Festivals announces the winners

The winners of the third edition of El Gouna Film Festival (19-27 September) were announced during the closing ceremony, which took place at the Marina Theatre on Saturday 27 September.
The festival's competitive segments include Feature Narrative, Feature Documentary, Short Film and Cinema for Humanity Audience Award.
The award-winning films in each category were offered Gouna stars (golden, silver, bronze), certificates and monetary awards totalling $224,000.
An award amounting $20,000 is also offered to Cinema for Humanity Audience Award.
This year, for the first time, the Red Sea El Gouna Film Festival, included awards by NETPAC for Best Asian Film and FIPRESCI Award.
