Egypt's President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi met Sunday with the chairman of Bombardier Inc. - a multinational manufacturer of equipment for public transport - in the presence of Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly and Transport Minister Kamel Al-Wazir. The meeting focused on cooperation between Egypt and Bombardier Inc. to implement a 96-km-long monorail which should connect the New Administrative Capital with Greater Cairo and the 6th of October City, said presidential spokesman Bassam Radi. Based on a 30-year contract with the Egyptian Ministry of Transport, the company would implement, operate, and maintain the monorail lines and should also provide spare parts, Rady noted
