Yield rises at Egypt 9-month T-bill auction

The yield on Egyptian treasury bills rose at an auction on Monday, and the central bank sold the entire 3.5 billion Egyptian pounds ($580.4 million) worth it had asked for, the Finance Ministry said.
The average yield on the 9-month treasury bills rose to 15.915 per cent from 15.822 per cent at the last issue a week earlier.
The central bank sells the bills on behalf of the Finance Ministry.
