Morocco striker Hamdallah out of Nations Cup due to injury

Morocco striker Abderrazak Hamdallah will not be available for this month's Africa Cup of Nations due to injury, the Moroccan Football federation announced on Thursday.
"Hamdallah suffers from back and thigh problems and he will miss the Nations Cup," read a statement on the Federation's official website on Thursday.
"The player will undergo further examinations on Friday."
However, Moroccan reports claimed that Hamdallah withdrew from the Atlas Lions' training camp due to "problems with his teammates."
The 28-year-old left the pitch angrily after Morocco's 1-0 loss to Gambia in a Nations Cup warm-up on Wednesday.
Morocco coach Herve Renard has given Hamdallah his first call-up since 2015 after an impressive run of form with Saudi club Al-Nasr that saw him score 34 goals in 30 league games, finishing as the domestic league's top scorer.
Renard replaced his striker with Hassania Agadir defender Abdelkarim Baadi.
