2019 African Cup of Nations tickets now available for sale: Committee
Published in Ahram Online on 23 - 05 - 2019

Tickets to attend the games of the 2019 African Cup of Nations are now available for sale, the committee organising the tournament announced on Thursday.
Fans can choose to pay for their preferred ticket category online with immediate printing options, or pick them up at a number of outlets nationwide, depending on the purchased category.
On Sunday, ticket marketplace Tazkarti launched an online platform to enable fans to sign up for a fan ID and purchase tickets for the much-anticipated tournament, which will be hosted by Egypt in June.
"There are two ways to pay the price of the tickets; the first is with credit cards and the second is through Fawry machines, as there will not be ticket selling booths," the organisation committee said in a statement.
Egypt will host the Nations Cup, which has been expanded to 24 teams, from 21 June to 19 July.
The record seven-time African champions will play in Group A along with DR Congo, Uganda and Zimbabwe. Egypt will kick off the tournament by playing Zimbabwe on 21 June.
