Egypt's Meteorological Authority (EMA) said that temperatures across the country are to decrease on Thursday while witnessing general improvement as dusty winds is expected to retract. Cold weather is expected on the country's Northern coasts, Cairo and Upper Egypt during day and night, the EMA said. Low and medium level cloud cover is predicted over the Northern regions of the country accompanied by rainfall on Northern-Eastern coasts and active wind on the Red Sea and Eastern Mediterranean, which may disrupt maritime navigation. Egypt has been witnessing a wave of dusty winds, rain and extremely cold weather since the beginning of this week. Several sea ports in the Mediterranean and Red seas have been closed for consecutive days due to bad weather.
