The Cairo derby between Ahly and Zamalek will be played on 30 March, the Egyptian Football Association (EFA) announced on Sunday. The Egyptian Premier League game was initially scheduled to be held last month but the EFA adjourned it due to the African commitments of both sides. The venue that will host the game has not been determined yet, with the EFA awaiting security clearance. Zamalek are leading the league table with 41 points while Ahly lie sixth on 24 points, although they still have three matches in hand.
