Zamalek midfielder Omar Gaber dislocated his shoulder during the 1-0 win over Gouna on the 13th match day of the Egyptian Premier League season on Wednesday. “Gaber will undergo medical scans on Thursday to determine the seriousness of his shoulder injury,” Zamalek's doctor was quoted as saying on the club's official website. The 19-year-old picked up the injury shortly before half time and was replaced by Ahmed Hassan who netted the winning goal for the Whites. Under the helm of tactician Hassan Shehata, Zamalek about to start their preparation for Sunday's league game against Ittihad of Alexandria . The Cairo giants are third in the 19-team league table with 26 points, one behind arch-rivals Ahly and two adrift of surprise leaders El-Hodoud.
