Worries in Ahly's technical staff as winger Ahmed Fathy was injuried during 1-0 Tuesday's Ismaily win in the delayed game from day-7 of the Egyptian Premier League. “Fathy will undergo examinations to determine the seriousness of his injury,” The Cairo Giants' doctor Khaled Mahmud was quoted as saying on the club's official website. The 26-year old sustained a back injury during the Ismaily match on Tuesday, and Portuguese manager Manuel Jose promptly substituted him. The Red Castle is worried about its defence, as defenders Wael Gomaa and Sayed Moawad were ruled out for bookings, in addition to Mohamed Naguib and Ramy Rabeia both sustaining injuries. The Reds will play Mahalla Saturday in day 11 of the competition. They are the runner-up in the table with 20 points, five behind leaders Haras El-Hodoud.
