AC Milan Ghanaian midfielder Kevin Prince Boateng revealed on Wednesday that he is so satisfied with his team performance during Wednesday's UEFA champions League clash against Barcelona.
The Rossoneri were beaten 3-2 by Barcelona Wednesday at the San Siro but they reached the next round despite their defeat.
‘'We played well and proved we are strong when we play with concentration. Barcelona are a great team, the best in the world, but you could see this evening we put in a fine performance and were unlucky,” Boateng was quoted as saying by Football-italia.
“In any case, the important thing is that we have qualified for the last 16,” he added.
The Ghanaian midfielder showed a good performance during the game and he scored from a solo effort before Barcelona's star Xavi Hernandez scored the winner for the defending champions .
“I just thought about shooting,” he concluded.
