Maqassa's highly-rated coach Ehab Galal said he would welcome a move to coach Zamalek if the job is offered to him, but only if it comes at the end of the season. "Of course I would accept to coach Zamalek if an offer is presented. I cannot decline to work at Ahly or Zamalek, they are the biggest clubs in the country," Galal told Mega FM radio station. Zamalek have sacked coach Mohamed Helmi after a string of disappointing results and are in talks with Portuguese tactician Augusto Inacio to replace him. Galal was linked with Zamalek job earlier this season but the Whites hired Helmi last November. "I was approached by Zamalek and I accepted the offer but Maqassa's board declined it because we were in the middle of the season. I can't accept any offers now but I will surely take it if it comes at the end of the season," Galal added. The 49-year-old has been at Maqassa since 2014, earning acclaim for helping the modest team make remarkable progress. Maqassa beat Ismaily 3-2 on Monday to consolidate their second-place status in the Egyptian Premier League with 51 points, four behind leaders Ahly who still have a game in hand.
