Tanzania's Young Africans and Cameroon's Coton Sport sealed smooth progress to the African Champions League round of 32 on Saturday. Although Young Africans could only draw 1-1 at home to Ngaya Club of Comoros in the second leg of the preliminary round, they strolled into the next round with a 6-2 aggregate win following a comprehensive victory in the first leg. Zamir Mohamed gave Ngaya a glimmer of hope after opening the scoring on 20 minutes but Mwinyi Mngwali struck two minutes before the break to kill off their hopes. Coton Sport, Champions League runners-up in 2008, secured an easy 4-1 away win over South Sudan's Atlabara to advance with a 6-1 aggregate victory. Zambia's Zanaco, who played out a goalless draw at home to Rwanda's APR in the first leg, also qualified for the round of 32 when they secured a 1-0 away victory. Taonga Bwembya netted what proved to be the winner just after the quarter-hour mark.
