Prominent Egyptian activists Alaa Abd El-Fattah and Bahaa Saber have been detained by Egypt's military prosecution for 15 days pending further investigation in to charges they incited violence on 9 October, the night known as "Black Sunday". On arrival at the military prosecution headquarters, Abd El-Fattah and Saber refused to answer the prosecutions' questioning, on the grounds that military prosecution had no legitimate right to question civilians.
