Goethe Institute will be holding a lecture titled “Cinema and Co-operation” by Vincenzo Bugno, the World Cinema Fund Projekt Manager of the Berlinale Festival. Bugeno will discuss the effect of the Arab revolution on its cinema industry and the local and international festivals. He will also pose questions regarding ways of improving and optimizing co-operation and expectations from Arab filmmakers and producers from international festivals like the Berlinale. The discussion will take place on Sunday 25 September at 7pm in the Geothe Institute located in 5 El Bostan Street, Downtown Cairo.
