Two people were killed and ten others injured following the partial collapse of a building in the Attarine district of Alexandria. Rescue teams were dispatched to the scene of the carnage, and to secure the collapsed building in order to prevent further harm to passersby. According to local authorities, measures are also being taken to ensure that adjacent buildings will not suffer harm as a result. Meanwhile, the Alexandria Public Prosecutor's office is investigating the collapse of the three-storey building in order to find out those responsible. This is the second building to collapse in Alexandria this month, causing death and injury.
