Egyptian heritage music to be played by the Asala band Tuesday
The Asala band will play Egyptian heritage music and other favourites from the MENA region on Tuesday 23 August at Mahmoud Mukhtar Cultural Centre

Performing Tuesday, 23 August at Mahmoud Mokhtar Cultural Centre is the Asala band, led by musician and professor Amaal Fathy. Asala will perform a collection of oriental songs, in addition to some Egyptian heritage music.
The Asala band has been performing for a number of years now in Alexandria and Cairo, playing most beloved songs that personify Egyptian and Arabic musical heritage. It last performed at El Sawy Culturewheel in March 2011.
