Mubarak case postponed till 15 Aug
Cases against Hosni Mubarak, Alaa Mubarak, Gamal Mubarak have been postponed till 15 August, Mubarak will remain in a military hospital near Cairo

Around 2:45pm this afternoon, Judge Ahmed Refaat postponed the cases against the ousted president Hosni Mubarak, his sons Gamal and Alaa Mubarak and Mubarak's friend Hussein Salem till 15 August in order to accomodate all requests from opposing lawyers.
Mubarak is accusedof conspiring withformer interior minister Habib El-Adlyto intentionally kill thousands of peaceful protestors during the 25 Januaryuprising in several of Egypt's governorates for the purpose of protecting his regime.
Mubarak and his sons are also accused of a number of financial improprieties including illegally accepting gifts of five villas and 2 million metres of land in Sharm El-Sheikh from businessman Hussein Salem, a fugitive and co-defendant in today's trial.
Moreover, Mubarak is accused of conspiring with former minister of petroleum Sameh Fahmy to export gas to Israel at below market prices through a company in which Hussein Salem was a majority stock-owner.
Meanwhile, judge Refaat decided that the murder trial aginst former minister of interior Habib El-Adli and 6 of his top assistants, all accused in a separate case of killing and injuringpeaceful protesters,would resume tomorrow morning.
Finally, Refaat issued an order that Mubarak will be confined at theEgyptian army'sInternational Medical Center which islocated on the Cairo-Ismailiya road East of Cairo, and allowed the former dictator to receive all necessary medical care there.
