After enjoying his second consecutive appearance with Atletico Madrid in the La Liga this season, Ghana's midfielder Thomas Partey said on Sunday he is determined to work for more playing time for the Diego Simeone side. "I'm feeling great and happy for the playing time I'm getting,"Partey told Ghanasoccernet on Sunday, though he added, "I'm working hard at securing regular playing time and I hope I will get more." The 22-year-old, who made his debut last week, played the last 10 minutes in his side's 2-0 win over Granada on Saturday. Partey joined Atletico Madrid in 2012 with the junior side before being loaned to Real Mallorca and Almeria, where he played in the last two seasons. Several Spanish sides were interested in the Ghanaian international player last summer, but Atletico coach Simeone rejected all the offers, preferring to keep the player on his side.
