After his outstanding performance in the Saudi league this season, Egypt's Ahmed Ali is determined to stay at the same level next season. “I will not comment on Al-Qadisiyah's interest in signing me but I can confirm that I am looking for a move to a big club like Al Hilal where I delivered good performances,” Ali was quoted as saying by Saudi newspaper Al-Jazirah on Tuesday. The Pharaohs star joined the Saudi giants, Al Hilal, last January on a six- month loan deal from Egypt's Ismaily. Despite his poor start, the 25-year-old striker adapted quickly to become a key element in the club's success this season after scoring six goals in all competitions. After earlier hints about aims to make the player's move a permanent one, Al Hilal management has not taken any serious action until now. Al-Qadisiyah management announced on Tuesday that they sent a letter to Ismaily asking for the services of the talented hitman. “Ali will be a great addition for our frontline. We are waiting for an Ismaily reply to our financial offer,” Al-Qadisiyah public relations officer Talaal El Ghamdy was quoted as saying by Saudi newspaper El Eqtsadya.
