Egypt's foreign minister condemned as “vile” three separate militant attacks in Tunisia, Kuwait and France on Friday that have killed dozens of people. Badr Abdel-Atty, the spokesman for Egypt's foreign ministry, said his country strongly denounces the “terrorist attacks” which he said have nothing to do with the "tolerant, moderate principles" of Islam. On Friday an armed man attacked a beach resort in Tunisia, killing at least 27 people, while in Kuwait, the Islamic State group claimed responsibility for an attack on a Shia mosque that killed at least ten and wounded several others. In southeast France, a man was decapitated and several others injured at a gas factory in what President Francois Hollande has called a terrorist attack. Abdel-Atty reiterated in three separate statements Egypt's calls for concerted international efforts to confront "ugly" terrorism which aims to undermine safety and stability around the world.
