The Iranian diplomat accused by Egypt of espionage, Sayed Qassem El-Husseiny, left Cairo for Dubai on the Emirates airline early Monday to head back to Iran. El-Husseiny left after facing accusations of spying and gathering political, economic and military information about Egypt and the Gulf states.
