Egypt is planning to form two new ministries for entrepreneurs and Egyptian expats affairs, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi said on Thursday in Germany, where he is currently on a two-day visit. One of the new ministries will provide "technical, financial and marketing support" to small-and medium-sized business projects to help provide job opportunities for young people in Egypt, where unemployment rate stands at nearly 13%, El-Sisi quoted as saying by state news agency MENA.. The other new creation will handle concerns of Egyptian expatriates affairs. "Egyptian expats have become in critical need of a ministry to sponsor their affairs, provide full support to them, and link them to their homeland," El-Sisi was quoted as saying by state news agency MENA. The Egyptian leader made the statement during a meeting with the Egyptian community in Berlin, as he concluded his visit to the German capital, where he has held talks with Chancellor Angela Merkel and President Joachim Gauck and penned a mega deal with German engineering giant Siemens. http://english.ahram.org.eg/News/131970.aspx
