Barcelona star Xavi advises Egypt's Salah to stay at Chelsea, praises Ahly coach
Spain and Barcelona star Xavi believes Mohamed Salah is the most famous Egyptian player in Europe

Barcelona star Xavi, who is currently visiting Egypt, has advised Mohamed Salah to stay with Chelsea and compete for a regular place in team.
Xavi, 34, who will train 500 youngsters in 6th of October City's Palm Hills Club on the outskirts of Cairo, held a press conference on Sunday and when asked about Egyptian players he said "I know Mohamed Salah."
"Salah is the most famous Egyptian player in Europe," Xavi said.
Salah has struggled for regular football since joining English Premier League side Chelsea from Swiss side Basel last January, with an array of attacking talents at Mourinho's disposal making life difficult for him.
The 22-year-old was also criticised for being profligate but Mourinho is keeping faith with the pacy forward, who turned down an offer from Liverpool to link up with the Portuguese at the Blues.
"I advise Salah to stay at Chelsea to compete for a regular place as football is a competitive game so he has to give his best to get his target," he added.
The former Spain midfielder, who announced his international retirement following their group-stage elimination from the World 2014 in Brazil, praised Ahly Spanish coach Juan Carlos Garrido for winning the CAF Confederation Cup.
"I know Garrido personally, he is a good tactician in my opinion," Xavi said.
"I expect that he will stay with the biggest team in Africa, Ahly, for a long time after achieving his first continental trophy," said Xavi, who last visited Egypt in 2007 when Barcelona thrashed Cairo giants Ahly 4-0 during the Red Devils' centennial celebrations.
Former Villareal and Real Betis coach, Garrido took charge of Ahly last August replacing interim tactician Fathi Mabrouk and he has won two trophies with the team, Egypt Super Cup and CAF Confederation Cup since his arrival.
"Garrido will open the door for the Spanish coaches to lead teams here in Africa," Xavi concluded.
