Egyptian striker Marwan Mohsen scored his second goal for Gil Vicente to help them to a 2-1 victory over Penafiel in the Portuguese Cup round of 16 on Wednesday. Mohsen, who started on the bench before being introduced five minutes past the hour mark, headed home in the 79th minute to level the score after Penafiel had taken a 63rd-minute lead. Evaldo netted in the dying minutes to help Gil Vicente book a last-eight berth. Mohsen was also on target in Gil Vicente's 2-1 round of 23 win over Real SC, which marked his maiden goal for the club. The 25-year-old, who made 11 Portuguese league appearances this season, joined Gil Vicente from Egypt's Petrojet on a three-year deal in the summer.
