Zamalek manager Ahmed Hossam 'Mido' stressed that the team is determined to qualify for the CAF Champions League semifinals, despite Sunday's draw. "I thank the champions. We still have hope and we will be in a do-or-die mission against Vita Club," the youngest coach ever to win the Egypt Cup, said after the game. "Vita's victory over Sudanese Hilal [4 points] on Sunday opened all possibilities in the group as Mazembe are now level with Vita, same as we are with Hilal," added the former striker of many European clubs including Tottenham, Roma and Ajax Amesterdam. The 31-year-old tactician praised his squad hoping that the upcoming home game, against Vita, will be held in Cairo, demanding security authorities to left crowd ban.
