Egyptian Ministry of Religious affairs sends aid to demonstrators

The director of Religious Endowments, Sheikh Mohamed Abdel Rahman, said that he contacted some charitable figures to support the demonstrations in Tahrir Square.
Abdel Rahman said that he received many requests from the demonstrators to provide them with their needs. He said that he managed to provide five hearses, five ambulances, blankets, and oxygen tubes.
"200 oxygen tubes, vehicles containing blood bags and 150 coffins were sent to Tahrir Square,” he said.
Abdel Rahman said that the ministry would make all efforts necessary to meet the demands of the demonstrators in Tahrir Square through charitable donations.
