Published in Youm7 on 20 - 11 - 2011

Atef Mohamed Dawood, an employee of Orascom Company for Construction and Development, died after he was shot in the head near Abdel Moneim Riad bus stop.
Another protestor was injured as a result of clashes between demonstrators in Tahrir Square and Central Security Forces.
Eyewitnesses said the deceased was not a demonstrator, but was injured while walking in the street after he finished work.
Demonstrators brought an ambulance to transfer him to a hospital. After an hour he was transferred to Mounira Hospital.
The demonstrators repeated “Down with Field Marshal” while transferring him to the hospital.
Dozens marched from Abdel Moneim Riad towards Tahrir Square to join the demonstrators there.
