AMMAN: The Egyptian Embassy in Amman, Jordan, returned Egyptians who were arrested for trying to infiltrate across Syria, from there to Turkey and onto Europe to illegally immigrate. The Egyptian Foreign Ministry pointed out the return of the 17 Egyptians on Friday November 18. These Egyptians were arrested for the mentioned charges a few weeks ago. Egyptian Ambassador to Jordan Amr Abu el-Atta's called upon with the Jordanian authorities to release the arrested Egyptians and return them back to Egypt without trials, according to the Foreign Ministry's statement. The Foreign Minister prepared their return back to Egypt on the state's expense through Aqaba Port.
