Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesman Amr Rushdi said Egypt very specific Dutch parliamentary delegations are permitted to enter Egypt. Egypt allows delegations to have visas to enter Egypt except one member Raymond de Roman Dutch parliamentary, member for the Freedom Party because he previously insulted Egypt. Rushdi said this member mocked Egyptian traditions and customs before. He also lied and made false claims about Egypt. Rushdi assured Egypt does not welcome any one does not respect Egyptian traditions and customs. The Dutch delegation, therefore cancelled the visit to Egypt. Head of the Dutch right-wing Freedom Party, Khairat Filders, said this scandal indicates new Egyptian regime does not differ from the previous one. Filders has many anti-Muslim situations, such as previously demanding to stop Muslim migration to Europe. Meanwhile de Roman said Egypt does not like the statement that displacing 95,000 Christians from Egypt is ethnic cleansing.
