Member of Israeli Kenesset Michael Bin Ari filed an appeal against the deal conducted between Egypt and Israel aiming to release Israeli spy Eilan Chaim Grabel in return for the release of 25 Egyptians from Israeli prisons. Israel's Radio said bin Ari claimed the Israeli Cabinet is not authorized to ratify such a deal without the approval of the entire government. He added releasing Garbel in return of 25 Egyptian prisoners is not acceptable. The Israeli Cabinet ratified on Tuesday October 25 on the Egyptian-Israeli deal to release the Israeli Spy imprisoned in Egypt since May 12. Egyptian authorities accused him of spying for Israel and inciting people to destroy public facilities.
