Assistant to Egyptian Minister of Justice, Assem al-Gohary revealed the former Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak's sons', Gamal and Alaa, wealth reached U.S. $352.5 million. They have shares in Belion Company in Cyprus and Egypt Company in London. Gohary said Gamal Mubarak's wife, Khadeeja, has an apartment in Paris that costs U.S. $12 million during the press conference about recent investigation of illicit gains. He also added the Illicit Gain has documents that proved Alaa Mubarak committed money laundering. Some Egyptian businessmen did not oppose and Egypt must be aware about Swizz investigations of money laundering. Meanwhile, Alaa was the only one who opposed the claims. Gohary also said those accused in money laundering wrote to foreign lawyers for help, meaning Alaa's lawyer is contacting with lawyers abroad for help. "Egypt has the right to officially interfere in criminal investigations in Switzerland to restore Egyptian funds and reserve Egypt's right as civil plaintiff," said Gohary.
