Abul Ghar withdraws signature from SCAF statement

Dr. Mohamed Abul Ghar, head of the Egyptian National Democratic Social party, announced that he removed his signature from an agreement between Egypt's ruling military council and 13 political parties Sunday.
Abul Ghar said he withdrew his conditional signature because the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces did not fulfill the demands agreed upon by the 13 political within a week.
